Step 1: Get to Know Academy High
There are so many ways that you can get to know Academy High:

Attend one of our many admissions or social events that take place during the school year.

Schedule a tour of our school building and visit with our Head of School.

Step 2: Complete An Application
Applications can be completed online or you can request a physical copy. We ask for information about the following in the application:

Step 3: Submit Student And Parent/Guardian Statements

Please submit a statement for each prompt below that is between 150-300 words each.
- How do you learn best? What would be your ideal learning environment?
- Tell us something about yourself that others may not know.
- Share an example of your schoolwork and a brief reflection about how it connects to your passion or interests.

Step 4: Submit Need-Based Financial Aid Application (Optional)
Early Applicants
If you’re eager to secure your 7th grade student’s spot at Academy High, now is the time to apply. By submitting any application promptly, you ensure that their place in an upcoming 9th-grade class is reserved, setting the stage for an incredible educational journey.

Once your student has applied and been accepted, the next step is simple: your student will complete their 8th-grade year at their current school. This is a crucial prerequisite as they prepare to transition into high school life.

Those who apply in their 7th grade year will receive their admissions decision and any merit-based scholarship offer this January, and will receive an enrollment contract in the fall of the student’s 8th grade year.
