We hope you can join us this month (starting tonight) for a series of events to learn more about Academy High and discuss general issues that impact adolescents, including health, wellness, and college admissions. We hope you can join us!
- The Academy High Experience: Academy High Parent & Student Panels: June 29th at 7:00 PM
Founded in 2017 by a group of visionary families looking for an innovative educational experience for their children, Academy High promises its students and parents a high school experience that is truly unique. What does this mean, and how well has Academy High delivered on its promise in its first four years? This panel session offers interested families the opportunity to hear from and ask questions of those who know our program best– our newly graduated senior class and current parents.
NOTE: Our June Information Sessions also include a general education offering for parents at all schools on how to help students navigate the stresses of high school and the post-pandemic college admissions process.
- Supporting Students During Challenging Times & Changing College Admissions (Tuesday, June 22nd at 7:00 PM)
COVID has had a significant impact on the college admissions process. This session will explore how college admissions offices have responded and how student health and wellness is an equally important part of college readiness. Join us to learn how the focus of today’s ‘college prep’ has changed and how to best support your student during these changing and challenging times.

Academic Excellence & Affordability: Recorded on June 15th at 7:00 PM
As an independent high school dedicated to helping today’s students solve tomorrow’s challenges, Academy High has established itself in just four years as a national example of excellence in student-centered education. Join us to learn how the underlying purpose of education has changed and how Academy High offers students a progressive, ‘real-world’ program that captures the true spirit of what 21st Century Teaching and Learning is all about: learning that is project- based, hands-on, experiential, interdisciplinary, and highly student-centered in its focus and outcomes. This session will also address affordability and how our Indexed Tuition program makes Academy High truly within reach of all families.
